Refund Policy of Company

If any person/distributor etc placed online Services order and made the payment online in the account of the company, then he/she can ask for the refund of money from the company subject to following conditions:

The person who placed the order and made the payment to the company is illegible for 100 percent refund within 2 days after payment. That after raising the invoice and dispatching the services, the person who made a request for refund will be entitled for refund.

That no person can ask for refund from the company after expiry of 2 days from placing the services with the company and it is made clear company will not return the money or exchange the services.

If any person made a request for return of his/money after receipt of goods within 2days from placing the services, he will return the servives to the company in unused and intact condition as delivered by the company, in case any discrepancy has been found in the Services, than the company will not accept the r eturn and company will not return any amount.

DIGITAL GROW INDIA COURSES

We issue refunds for the PURCHASES /ACTIVE ID within 48 hours of the original purchase/ACTIVE ID of Hb packages.
A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted fr om the amount to be refunded.

No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the DIGITAL GROW website "www.digitalgrowindia.com" or through the sponsor link of the person who referred him to the Digital grow india website after 48 hours of the purchase/active id under any circumstances.
